Hi, I’m Maria — founder and lead wedding planner at M.O. Weddings.
I was born and raised in St. Petersburg, a city where art, architecture, history and culture are simply part of everyday life. Growing up surrounded by so much beauty shaped my eye long before I ever thought about weddings.
Cyprus became my home in 2015 — and the same year, M.O. Weddings was born.
What fascinated me from the beginning was never just the beauty of a wedding, but the people behind it — families coming together, different cultures meeting, traditions being passed on, and guests from around the world becoming part of one shared story.
Over the years, this has shaped my signature approach: bringing together each couple’s story and heritage with the warmth and timeless beauty of Cyprus to create celebrations that feel personal, elegant and entirely their own.
More than a decade later, I still believe the most beautiful weddings are not only remembered for how they looked, but for how they made people feel.
